This suits the natural landscape very well. The different relief allows for many different runs for all sorts of people. the high altitude helps create the best snow and keeps the snow from getting too icy, Also people skiing on the mountain does not damage or harm the natural landscape in any way. However manmade landforms have been created to get the perfect ski field.
